I have used Eco Clean many times, and will continue to do so because the price is affordable and they do a decent job. I was hoping some of the new spots from my new puppy would come out, and some did, some didn't. I guess I should realize that when it takes me a whole day to shampoo my carpet myself, that in a little under 2 hours for my whole house, it isn't going to do as good a job as I do. A 'once-over' just won't get out some of the stains. But, it's easier for me to just go over those then to do the whole house myself, so overall, I'm happy. Josh is a very nice guy and pleasant to deal with.
