The only complaint I have is that the technician didn’t understand that I wanted the family room needed to also be cleaned. In fairness to him we did have a baby gate up so he could clean the majority of our house .... but the one thing that did bother me was we have no problem with the technician using the bathroom BUT we didn’t appreciate the tech using it without asking if it was ok. Plus I didn’t appreciate the pressure to upgrade to a different package that would have cost me a lot more.
