We bought a groupon that was somewhat deceiving, it said “1200 sq ft whole house cleaning”. I bought it to do 1 small bedroom, 1 short entry and the stairs but I didn’t notice the small print saying “stairs not included”

However chet was very accommodating. He ended up doing part of our stairs for us for free, even after he said there was an extra fee for it.

It’s my understanding that Groupon rights the fine print, and NOT Eco clean so technically he really didn’t have to but we want to thank you guys for the excellent service!

We will definitely be returning/ recommending customers. And also, the carpets look amazing ! The hallway was a very high traffic area with deep soil and he was able to bring it all up.
