All my questions were answered with great insight about the pet urine issue I wanted knocked out with the carpet cleaning. My blacklight still showed remnants after the cleaning, so I have sprayed with "Furry Freshness," and the results are even better si far, Also, I would like to know if you return to paint over nicks made in the walls. I have cleaned some of the areas that were marked during the cleaning process, but some of the paint is even chipped off the wall. Thanks. ~Mary
