The first time was great which was why I called them for a second time. I purchased the pet package and also because I wanted to focus on two areas in my house for urine. I dont feel that these two areas were left as clean as I wanted them too even though I paid more than a regular cleaning. I also dont like the fact that depending on the person that goes out there will determine the price that pay to have my carpet cleaned. I paid two different prices and both times I got different quality of work. So for this I could not give 5 stars.
