I purchased a Groupon for cadet cleaning. Most of the carpet looked great after the cleaning. However, there were some areas that were heavily soiled that I was hoping would come out. The Groupon didn’t include any treatment for stains which is understandable. However, I was under the impression that the purpose of steam cleaning carpet was to give the carpet a deep cleaning which would overall end up in removing any difficult stains.

Overall the majority of my carpet looked great.
