Great service but poor advertising
My technician was great and the carpet looks wonderful! However I am not so satisfied with the company’s wording in the groupon coupon. I paid for a 2 story 2,500 sq ft area carpet cleaning but what they fail to disclose is that this does not include stairs and that that is an additional charge.
