Michael did an amazing job on our carpet and tile, with the most surprising result being the unearthing of our tile's original color, which I did not remember at all! Michael had to work really hard to clean the tile. While the dirt came off relatively easily, there was quite a bit of tile and the machine got clogged near the end. Even so, Michael maintained his good nature and chatted and joked pleasantly through the whole job. He was very personable and professional. I would definitely recommend your service.
