Our carpet is a year old wasn't too dirty except a few smudges in certain area. Technician wasn't even able to remove them. I was able to remove the smudges by rubbing it off with resolve spray. Wasn't happy with the service since it cost us $120. Regret tipping the cleaner since he was not able to clean the carpet thoroughly.
