First, scheduling my appointment was a breeze. Our technician Michael called to let us know he was on his way and when he arrived (on time!) we were delighted. He was personable, professional and knowledgeable. I had additional questions about tile cleaning and he patiently answered them all. I will be scheduling a visit for the tile! Michael did a great job and we were very pleased with our final results the next day when the carpet was dry. We will definitely use Eco Clean and request Michael again.
