Out tech Key knew a ton about carpet and chemistry, which was awesome. I was quoted $125 on phone and paid $188 but in her defense she couldn’t see notes on computer. In 18 months we have used you guys 6 times: 4x carpet, 1 time tile and 1 time couches. That’s a lot, so was expecting a little better deal and we always tip another $20. All other techs took 2 hours and Key was done in 1. Don’t know if good or bad. No shoe covers as that would have been well received.
