Excellent customer service from the office!

The technician made a courtesy call before appointment and arrived on time. He professionally reviewed areas to clean, provided answers and advice for all questions and performed tile and carpet cleaningin a very reasonable time frame. He did a great job. The only thing I would suggest is for the technician to bring drop cloths to place under the tubing that runs from the truck through the house to the equipment. The tubes probably would not have scratched the flooring but I put blankets down just in case.
