I agree with others. I feel this company displays extremely poor customer service. After speaking with a receptionist, advising exactly what I needed, Isaac arrived to advise this company could and would not provide that service. He said because they do not perform the original work, they would not reseal. When I spoke with the receptionist she asked that very question of who did the original work and I told her then it was performed by another company that went out of business. I wasted an entire day I could have done something else, only to have a two minute conversation with Isaac on my front porch.
