Last year we had our front walk re-sealed. Unfortunately, around a year later the walkway began to turn chalky and white in areas. It got real dull looking. I called Ultimate and explained the problem, sent them some photos and that is where they took over. They were quick to send someone out and they not only re-sealed it they applied new color first. There responsiveness was top notch. I was informed that they have been going through a company reorganization and their goal was to make the company better. Well it shows..Highly recommend using them!
