J&F Motors is just the best! I first found them 3-4 years ago. I was looking for somebody besides a dealer to do BMW servicing, and I read reviews about them which all seemed good, plus they're located near where I live. And I love them, they're great. I drive a Subaru now, my husband has the BMW, but he can tell you that they do a great job. They aren't pushy at all, they're very nice, very reasonable. One day I went in and told them I thought my fluid was low, and the gentleman I spoke with said he had just topped someone else off so he would put the rest in mine, and they didn't charge me for it. They don't charge sometimes for small things like that, which is so nice. Whoever I speak with is always cheerful, real helpful and kind. They know you when you come in, and obviously remember you. They just have impeccable customer service. I love J&F, and will keep going back to them.
