I've been going to J&F Motors through six different BMWs over the course of thirty-five years. They've done everything from regular tune-ups to rebuilding the transmissions on two of the cars. They get it right 90% of the time, and if they don't, and you tell them that it wasn't perfect, then they make sure that it is. My sister used to drive her BMWs all the way down from Connecticut (about 450 miles) to have them worked on at J&F Motors. One of the reasons is that they treat their customers who are women equally to their customers who are men, which is very rare in her experiences with other auto shops.
