I have a 12 year old BMW that was top of the line the year they made it. I was having a horrible time with the BMW people, and J&F Motors was recommended to me. I took it in to them, and I have never looked back. They do a great job. They are honest and have high integrity.

They will sit there and explain everything in detail to me. I am an amateur, but they make me feel like I know a lot about my car. They know that it is an investment, and that I have put a lot into my car. There have even been times when they have called me with things they are thinking about my car.

My car is approaching 75,000 miles, even though it is 12 years old, and they let me know that it is usually around this time that the transmission starts to go. They told me it might be worth thinking about trading it out, and what is worth the money or not.

Every time I go in there, it is exactly the same experience; I am never disappointed. If they say they are going to do something, they do it. They always stick to the proper estimate they gave me. It is always a good process and painless for me.
