I travel a lot so I needed to reschedule my appointment several times. Each time I called to cancel the response was positive and they were incredibly flexible. When I finally had a trip cancelled I called in the morning and J & F took me that day and serviced my car. Knowing my tight schedule they not only fixed my brakes which is why my car was in but they also checked and suggested I handle some other maintenance that day so I wouldn't have to come back the next month and the work was impeccable.
