We had Homefix Custom Remodeling do some work for us. They installed some windows and put on a new roof. We are very happy with the quality of the work that was done. We were turned off by their pretty aggressive sales tactics, it was like we could get that for this price, but, if we didn't say yes right away then the deal was off the table. Also there were some things promised to us by the sales person that ultimately did not come through. We were really angry about that and we ultimately resolved it with the sales person's manager. The best that he could do was give us a $500 refund. What was promised to us was worth thousands of dollars more. It left a very poor taste in our mouths. While I look around and see our new roof and new windows that look so great, I also see some rotting wood that was promised to be replaced. The installation went well and the guys did a great job. We just feel they have a really shady style of sales and I wish we would not have been subjected to that. Neighbors and friends have asked us about our windows and we have recommended other companies to them so they wouldn't have to go through what we did.
