I have used this company twice with great service each time. Each repair was completed by Higi. The last time was on a Sunday when we weren't getting hot water. Not only did he come out on Sunday, but it was soon after my call. He is very friendly, and kindly explained what went wrong. The charge was reasonable, and I will definitely call him again when I need help.
