I purchased a hot water heater from AHW about 7 years ago and I was having trouble getting it to lite. I called on a Sat. inquiring about a new one and actually got the owner, what a fantastic gentleman. He went out of his way to try and help me get this one working I even had to call him back for more information. Finally I just decided to get a new one and by then it was 3:00 Sat afternoon, I figured I'd have to wait till Mon. to get it installed. Around 4:00pm AHW called and said they could get someone over around 4:30. A great tech Higi, installed it that evening. What a great experience and a fantastic company to do business with. I highly recommend AHW.
