R/O replacement

I called on a Thursday afternoon to report a leak in the faucet on our 20+ year-old R/OI system. I was given an appointment for the following day. Junior, the technician, came on time, and took away the old system and installed the new one. He was careful, neat, and cleaned up completely before leaving. He went over the start-up instructions, and left us written direction.
