Our service tech was Jordan. Jordan did our yearly filter change and he also checked our water softener in the garage. Gave me tips on how to keep it running the best. Jordan has been the only tech that tested my water in the guest bathroom and master bathroom. American Water keep Jordan as he is an awesome tech and I hope I get him every year.
