Jordan Tatara came in to replace my RO filters and found cracks in my existing filter cartridges housings (9years old). He called in advance with approximate arrival time and arrived on time. He was polite, knowledgeable and did not push for a sale. I had him replace the entire unit. He accomplished the job in 40 minutes, was very thorough and cleaned the area upon completion. Would highly recommend.
