Tom made no attempt to sell me more than I needed and worked through question for me to find the best system. There was no up-selling and the price I was quoted was what I paid. The installer, Javier, was professional, very personable, and was great at answering my questions. He explained everything in the detail I needed. He did a great job and cleaned up perfectly.
