I had the displeasure of having a complete A.C. failure over the Labor Day Weekend. American Home Water & Air came out (on Labor Day mind you!) and performed a complete inspection. They provided a *reasonable* quote and then got to work the day after I got them their paperwork. What I can tell you is that Matt, Jason and Manny are *fantastic* at what they do. Completely courteous and professional. These guys are solid GOLD! They made what they do look easy (and I know what they do is anything BUT easy as I've worked in Facilities Maintenance for years). They showed up a few minutes before they said they would and got straight to work. They assessed their work space and set about making sure everything was protected from dust/dirt including the carpet. They went about methodically installing an entire new system. That's not even the best part: They had the system running an hour before even they thought they would! When everything was done, the quietly went about making sure everything was cleaned up. Complete Pros!
