AHW has some exceptional service staff who come out to service RO Filters yearly. This is my 4th year w/ AHW & today I had Jordan call to let me know the time window when he would be out. He was prompt, courteous, prepared, knew his way around the RO system, brought his own towels to clean up, was pleasant, kind & most important liked what he was doing. Jordan is a bright energetic employee & knows his stuff!!!!!!!!!
