My main A/C went out Fri 6/2. I called AWH late Friday, about 7:50 pm. I was scheduled for an appointment for Sat 6/3. Bill called me at 8:00 am, Sat morning and said he would be over in about 30 minutes. Bill arrived in about 30 minutes, I was glad to see Bill because he was the service tech that serviced my A/C in Feb,2017. He got my A/C going after a while. Bill is an amazing A/C service tech. He is conscientious and knowledgeable about his work. He explained why my A/C went out and what he did to fix it! He is worth every dollar he earns and more. Thank you Bill and Thank you AHW.
