We were getting beads from our old softener clogging up our aerators in our faucets. Took a sample to American Home and they told me that it was the resin from the old softener. Set up an appointment to have them install a new softener the next day. On my way home I got a call from Javier that he would be over that afternoon to install the new softener. Javier did an excellent job on the install. Very meticulous about doing the job the right way the first time. He made sure that everything was cleaned up when he was done and went over the operation of the unit. I now have soft water and free flowing faucets. I would recommend American Home and Water.
