Called mid-afternoon on a Saturday. Leaking water heater. Frankly, I wasn't expecting good news about same day service, but that's exactly what I got. Angel, the installer, arrived within less than 90 minutes of my call. He had all of the tools, parts, and a water heater almost exactly like the one to be replaced, but updated. And he hauled the old one, too.
Less than an hour and a half later, Angel was finished. Having cleaned up, he briefed me on how to set and re-light my new water heater, and was gone - all for the very reasonable price I was quoted on the phone.
