I have used Arctic Heating & Air probably about three or four times now for air conditioner repair. I come back to them because I feel that they are treating me fairly, they come when they are supposed to, and they are able to fix the problem. I usually always have the same guy come out. He takes the time to analyze the problem, explain it, and fix it. I get the feeling that he is treating me fairly and not trying to up-sell me. Arctic Heating & Air is prompt, well-priced, and they fix the problem. I would highly recommend them!
