We have been doing business with Arctic Heating and Air for quite a while now... I would say about 3-4 years and they have always provided us with excellent customer service and great products.The first time we did business with them we received a very reasonable quote for an A/C and heater installation so we went with them for the job. They handled everything very well, making sure we were constantly updated with the status of the work and answering all of our questions throughout. The installation team worked quickly but efficiently, getting the work done much quicker than I expected. We haven't had any issues with the units so far. Recently, we had them install a tankless water heater for us and that went very smoothly as well. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.
