You do yourself a disservice by not choosing roof (dot) net. Ken is amazing. We contacted him in a very precarious situation and he walked with us every step of the way, educating us about the proper roofing techniques through the use of detailed photos and his unrivaled expertise. Ken turned a very frightening situation (complete replacement of the roof on our new house, including all the plywood) into a pleasant learning experience for my husband and I. His valuable knowledge and excellent bedside manner/professionalism reassured us, as two previously uninformed homeowners, that we had an advocate on our side. Roof (dot) net really exceeded our expectations in setting an incredibly high standard for customer service and we will be sure to refer them to anyone with roofing needs. Thank you so much Ken!!!
