When Roof.net claims same day service they mean it.
Last Friday evening when I discovered a limb had punctured my roof, attic and kitchen ceiling I called Roof.net. Ken, the owner drove from home, gave me a fair estimate and promised his crew would be there Saturday morning. They came in the rain, cut up the limb and repaired the roof to look undisturbed.
