You should definitely contact Ken (the owner of the company) for any roof problems you have. This is the 2nd time I used Ken and his team. The moment I saw some damaged shingles to my roof again due to the strong wind we had in December, without any hesitation, I contacted Ken right away because of the awesome experience I had with him last year. This is the first time I had to have my roof repaired due to the recent strong wind we had. I was not sure about whom to contact. Therefore, I checked many roofing companies in both Fairfax and Loundon counties. Immediately Ken's company came to my attention due to its’ 5 starts rating from all 91 customers, highest rating on the website from so many people, and all the great comments written by them. In addition, Ken’s company is a 6 time national award winner. I knew right away this would be the great company to hire.  I contacted Ken on April 11th along with two other companies. He was very professional in handling the whole process compares to the other companies I talked to. He came out the following morning to inspect the damage. He took a picture of the damage and included it on the contract he emailed me with detail layout on how he is going to fix it and the price, etc. Once he got my signed contract, then, he came out with his crew the same afternoon to fix my roof.
