Ken responded very quickly to an emergency roof leak repair that was needed to a home we just recently purchased in Fairfax. He came in and did an inspection and showed us with pictures what needed to be done. He was very quick and to the point explaining what was needed. He quoted a very fair price and we agreed. He wrote up the contract and said he could do the job the next day, but wanted to try same day completion. He was successful. His team came a few hours later on the same day and finished very quickly. The work was done promptly, professionally, and cleaned up nicely.
