This was the absolutely the best business interaction that I have ever had!! I emailed Ken for an appointment and he responded within hours!! He came the next day and did a very through roof inspection--inside and outside of the house. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient explaining all of the results from the computer to me. It showed me problems I was not aware of. His foreman came and fixed the repairs quickly and efficiently. Ken was on the phone with me the entire time as his men were working so that I would be informed during the entire appointment. They asked if they could help me in any other way before they left my house. I asked Ken for his business card, thanked them, and would have no worries about using them again. Ken was absolutely terrific!!
