Ken arranged his crews to finish my roof work within 24 hours after the initial contact, before a heavy rain hit the local area. All my concerns are addressed timely. We also got 1 year warranty for the work. He is very responsive and replied my emails very quickly in late evening and early morning.
It might not be an easy job to find a good roofer with my terrible experience from another company. The purpose of writing this review is to hope the business operated by honest and hard-working people will serve more homeowners.
