Roof.net evaluated the condition of my roof to both identify the source of a leak and to find any other concerns. Following the evaluation Ken provided a detailed estimate based on the problems he observed. His team removed the improperly installed flashing on one gable, removed the damaged shingles, re-flashed the area (including embedding step flashing into the brick façade), replaced the shingles, replaced several missing shingles lost to wind damage, and re-sealed the rest of the vents/flashing/etc.
Starting with the estimate, Roof.net was extremely responsive. Ken came out to look at the roof within 24 hours of contacting him for an estimate. His evaluation of the roof and description of the problem gave me confidence that the recommended fix would solve the leak.
The repair team was scheduled to call in advance of arriving. They called early in the morning on the agreed upon date. They arrived when predicted and started work right away. They worked quickly and after completing the repair work asked me to look at it. Following the repair they went on and completed the maintenance work. When they were done, they cleaned up completely and had me check the work (which I did from the ground).
I am very happy with their work.
Also, Ken's evaluation of the problem has led to my builder agreeing to fix the interior dry wall that was damaged by the leak even though the warranty on the original roof work had expired. It was the details of what he found that helped me persuade the builder to help solve the problem.
