The contractor who built my addition did not install a soffit and wrap the wooden fascia on the family room roof which overlaps with my screen porch roof. As a result, there was damage to the exposed wood and small birds were able to fly into the gap between the two roofs. Roof.Net removed the damaged wood, installed a new fascia, installed a soffit, and wrapped the new wood in aluminum on both sides of the roof to match the rest of the house.
I am extremely pleased with the results! Ken was extremely responsive from the beginning. Ken immediately responded, but I was not able to check my messages immediately. He also contacted me on the phone number that I had left in my email. When I finally found my phone message (my mobile phone does not work so great), I called him and was able to reach him immediately. He came at a mutually convenient time to provide an estimate. He took a good look and then took pictures. On the same day, I received an email quote along with photos of the roof and the quote explained what would be replaced and what the roof would look like after it was finished. I was impressed with the quotation package and I thought the price was reasonable. Several days later I called Ken again and asked for a Friday installation and he agreed. The crew of two showed up in the afternoon. Unfortunately, it kept raining and raining so the appointment had to be rescheduled for Saturday. On Saturday, it continued to rain so the appointment was rescheduled for Monday morning at 9 am. They showed up on time though it continued to rain off and on. Fortunately, the rain finally stopped and they were able to complete the job. The fascia and soffits look great and match the rest of the house perfectly!! Everything was measured and cut and fits like a glove. I should note that the crew was thorough in examining the condition of the fascia and they actually replaced more of the wood than I had expected. This was very appreciated. The crew was also careful to clean everything up. I will definitely use Roof.Net again and appreciate Ken's professionalism, responsiveness, and his crew's great work!! Thanks again Ken!
