Ken, President of Roof.net, contacted me the same day I filled out the form on his website. He was able to come to my residence that same Friday afternoon to evaluate the issue(s). He arranged to have his foreman come out the next day (on a Saturday no less) and do a comprehensive evaluation on the roof. A estimate was provided over the weekend with a full, descriptive written contract and actual pictures of the problem areas clearly highlighted and evident. We arranged for repairs to be completed that Monday, while I was at work (I didn't even have to take time away for work to be "present" or wait for someone to show up). I am so pleased with Ken and his professional team! They have been doing this type of work for many years and it truly shows in the attention to the smallest detail.
