Checked for a roof leak. Possibly shingles loosened, rusty nails, siding loosened or nearly loosened, etc. that could cause a roof leak. Ken sent his foreman over to my townhouse. He had to climb up on the roof, check for shingle damage or any other possible causes of the leak I experienced in my bedroom above a window. A thorough assessment was made. Shingle were loose, a siding problem was also identified and another issue which had to do with siding. He explained exactly how the leak was caused. He also made repairs by securing loose shingles and reattached a piece of metal which was blown off of the roof.
Ken and Roof.net did an excellent job. I believe my problems are solved. I have used this company before. They responded quickly. They were well-informed, courteous and professional. When I called Ken and asked how quickly someone could take a look at my roof, he informed me that he could send someone over on Sunday. I then told him that I would be attending a church service on Sunday and I could not be at home. He told me that I did not have to be at home for a worker to do this job. I have dealt with Roof.net before and have total confidence in whatever Ken tells me. They have integrity unlike many other companies which practiced what I call "run and done" --- all they want is your money in return for lousy service. I have referred Roof.net to a neighbor who had poorly unprofessional work half-done.
