Ken came and checked and determined where the issues were. He had a team come out within a few days to remove the area of the roof that had improper flashing installed put all new flashing in and replaced the roof with the original shingles so you couldn't tell there was an issue. I liked that the repair men took photos of the entire process so you could see the issues without getting up on the roof.
