We had wind damage to our roof..... I contacted Ken (roof.net) via his website on a Sunday afternoon...... within 10 minutes he was calling us to come out on Monday for a free quote. Monday he showed up, took pictures, and emailed us with a 1-page job proposal, a couple additional recommendations if we chose to take care those items as well, all complete with multiple pictures.
