I have to say that I was in a panic when I called Roof.net!
I had had my roof repaired by another company 5 years- almost to the day!- when it began to leak into the exact same spot. Now that would be bad enough, if it weren't for the fact it was leaking into the hardwired smoke detectors. Needless to say that was a loud, painful morning.
I called the former roofers and after 4 messages and 4 days they ,finally, replied with "Sometime next week we probably, maybe, are able to get out and give estimate" and "Ohhhh well just move the wires and put something to soak up the water in there."- ummmm- hello! It's electricity and water = Dangerous!!! I was not ok with that whole exchange, especially since it was going to storm badly 2 days later, and went to Google where I found Roof.net.
Ken informed me that he, or one of his crew, would come out and take a look that morning & that, more than likely, they could fix the issue. Same day.
Within a couple of hours his crew was here, looking outside & taking pictures to show me, as well as checking the tiny attic space to make sure there were no other leaks.
From there Ken called me back and emailed me the contract, the price was Great- especially for an ER roof job!!!, and I signed and sent back. And the guys were on the roof when I left for my doctors appt. And gone, looking like nothing had been touched , when I got home a few hours later.
The bad thunderstorm, with hail!, came and went and NO WATER!
