They found and repaired extremely difficult to find leak in roof after other companies could not, and gave fantastic roofing advice that was against his financial interests.

We could hear a drip in our wall, but could see no moisture in the attic nor shingle missing. When we found out that the roofing company that we used last time was only sending someone out to do an estimate for the repair work and that there were storms expected that weekend, we called Roof.Net. Kenny offered to come the same day (Friday), but we weren't available. He then offered to come out first thing Saturday.
The original roofing company rep said that there was no leak, or that the leak was caused by debris on the roof or in the gutters. They also said we needed a new roof very soon and that the shingles were going to be blowing off.
We decided to have Roof.Net come out for a second opinion and to get an estimate for the roof replacement. Kenny advised us that if we were hearing a drip, there was a problem that we shouldn't ignore. As much as I was happy with the debris theory, he wouldn't have it. He checked every shingle in the area to find the problem, took pictures and was able to explain the issue so that I could understand. I could understand why it would have gone unnoticed.
They were able to make the needed repairs the same day, and even took the time to show us a roofer's eye view of the work they did, including the damaged area without the shingles.
They also told us that we could easily get a couple more years out of our roof with some minor maintenance work now.
I have never been happier or felt more comfortable working with any other service provider before. I cannot recommend them enough for quality work, great service, and great communication.
