We had a leak around our skylight....previous contractor said we needed a new skylight. Ken was prompt in his communication and very responsive. His workers were at our house for over 2 hours. We did not need a new skylight but only needed repairs around it. The workers removed all the shingles and replaced all the flashing around the skylight and added an ice and water shield and a sealant. Again, very pleased with Ken, the owner's responsiveness and his ability to get workers to our house promptly. Would definitely use him again and recommend him to family and friends!
