In the beginning, it was quite difficult for Superior Rug Services to pick up our rug. Once they had it, they told us they'd call us when it was ready. Three weeks later and they never called. When we called them, they told us they were about to call us back to let us know they hadn't cleaned it because it was damaged. The damage was prior to them picking it up, but they said they would fix the damage and then clean it. This took another three weeks of back and forth about them not being able to drop it off. The whole situation was too messy and it was not a good experience. There was a lack of communication. When we got the rug back, they did a good job.
