Abbey Carpet of Everett WA has great customer service. I like that they're local and that they're really close to my home. The girl named Crystal, who worked with me, was a lot of help because I was there for several months, trying to choose the right carpet. She was very patient with me and worked through what I wanted versus what I needed. She helped me with my ideas. Other stores don't have the same specialty as Abbey does. I liked that they helped explain what I was looking up, that they brought up many points and helped me figure out what I needed. They had installers come in and do the job. The installation went perfectly. I had a tough pattern to match the seams, and the first time they came, they just measured all these things and discussed it. They paid attention to their work so that you couldn't see the seams, and even the second set of people who came in (and were different) said that the first team did such a good job that they couldn't find the seam. He said, "We'll figure it out" because apparently I picked the hardest carpet in the whole store to match. They had many, many years of experience between them. It took them a little longer for them to work around me and my furniture, since I didn't move all of it out of my house, but I just left them to it and it looks wonderful. I'm hugely picky, and I love how the carpet looks. It's so gorgeous. It's just amazing what they did. You'd almost have to see it to believe how good of a job they did.
