I was very satisfied with my experience in using Abbey Carpet of Everett WA. I went there with a general idea of what I wanted, and when I met Crystal, she assisted from there, to find exactly what I wanted. Crystal, I found, was very accommodating! She came out to do the initial measurements, and when I discovered I wanted to add additional carpeting, she came right back out for the extra section. Everyone there was pleasant, efficient, and whenever I called, there was always someone there to answer my calls and answer any question I had. The installation went according to plan, and they did an excellent job. I was satisfied all the way around.
